White teacup Morkie (Maltese Yorkie) in Pacific Beach, California For Sale

Charlie is a 4 pound full grown tea cup Morkie looking for an amazing loving family. I have had him since he was 6 months old he just turned 3 in August. He is extremely playful, barley barks, potty trained, and is hypo-allergenic (does not shed). All of his medical records are up to date. Sadly work and travel has made it difficult for me to have a dog and want the best for little Charles. Please tell me a bit about yourself and your experience with dogs.
